Winter transit and what to do when a vial lands cold

Lyophilised material is comparatively stable in transit, and cold is far less of a problem for it than sustained heat. When a cold parcel arrives, let the sealed vial come up to room temperature before you open it. That reduces condensation on the stopper. After that, store it as the label states.

Orders move on a 10 to 15 day window. Inbound parcels may be subject to inspection by the Canada Border Services Agency, and an inspection can add days that are outside anyone's control.
